When we decided to form AK & Associates Limited, we already had the nucleus of the Company from consultants we had worked with over the previous 5 years or so. We also were able to look back over many years experience in the industry to allow us to take “the best bits” and incorporate these into AKA.
The benefit of starting a new Company is that you have a blank sheet of paper – no IT systems that you wish you could change; no old files and most importantly no outstanding “review” issues to deal with. The Director’s wanted to put in place systems that would benefit everyone concerned – administration staff, consultants and clients alike.
We have started with one of the most up-to-date back office systems in place, all the best research tools we need and our initial team of Consultants. Now we are looking to recruit “like minded” individuals to join our team of Financial Planning and Mortgage Consultants.
However, there is a catch – we only want the best – so if you want to work within a dynamic Company that sets and expects high standards from all the team and want to offer service standards to your clients that clearly demonstrate the FSA’s Treating Customers Fairly is being implemented and will prove a high service level to your clients…then read on…
So what are we looking for?
Well quite simply, the best consultants that we can recruit.
All our Consultants are home based, so you will be a self-motivated person with a desire to be the best. Equally important is to the desire to earn a good living along the way. This will be achieved by regularly servicing your clients in order to ensure that their objectives are met and by offering them the best service, we possibly can, as well as looking to increase your client base.
If you wish to work more closely with your clients without the hassle of having to deal with your own administration, compliance and T&C requirements and these are stopping you seeing more clients and allowing you to offer a better service to your existing clients, then AK & Associates is the Company for you.
