Diamond Our top service level for personal clients, which is a very individual bespoke service designed with and by individual clients to meet their own personal service level requirements. The Diamond service level allows clients access to their Personal Information as held by AK & Associates, allowing them to change information as and when their circumstances change – any changes made will invoke a telephone call from the client’s Financial Planning Consultant. In addition, they also have online access to their investment portfolio’s for up-to-date valuations whenever required. Clients can even request instant up-dates. The service is costed on a monthly retainer basis. The cost being agreed with the client once we have both agreed what is required by way of regular contact with their Consultant together with review and up-date needs. Reviews intervals can be set at monthly, quarterly, half-yearly or yearly. The minimum monthly fee for this service is £50.00 per month.
Platinum
Our Platinum service level is for our Corporate Client - Limited Companies, Partnerships or Sole Traders – who require a regular service agreement to provide financial services both to their companies but also to their employees. We can arrange regular “on site” meetings which are open to all.
This is a bespoke service tailored to individual company requirements. The minimum monthly fee for this service is £50.00 per month.
Gold
This is the service level for clients who understand and require a regular review of their protection and/or investment portfolios. The service is based upon a monthly retainer of £20.00 per month, which will provide clients with regular AKA e-mail Newsletters, a Half Yearly Report showing the valuation of their portfolio’s. Tthese Reports will be discussed in person with their Financial Planning Consultant.
Silver
We offer our Silver Service for client’s who feel that they only need to have an Annual Review. The service also provides you with regular AKA e-mail Newsletters. This service level is based upon a monthly retainer of £10.00 per month.
Bronze
The Bronze Service is for clients who feel thatbthey do not require regular contact from AK & Associates and are happy to be contacted on an "ad hoc" basis or to contact AKA when they require advice or an up-date of their portfolio's.
We include within this service level our “Mortgage & Protection Only” clients who require only a review of their Mortgage arrangements on a two yearly basis or as and when their circumstances change. Clients still receive regular AKA e-mail Newsletters.
